    It was an absolute pleasure to partner with the visionary owner of My Property Hubb. Together, we crafted a distinctive logo, refined the brand identity, and developed a comprehensive website. This collaboration was not just about launching a business, but about laying a solid foundation for sustained growth and success in the dynamic Dubai market

    FONTS, COLOURS & BRANDING

    In collaboration with the client, our team developed a striking color palette featuring turquoise and royal blue, complemented by a high-contrast black and white theme.

    The black accents highlight the elegance of the photographs, while the vibrant blues serve as attention-grabbing calls-to-action throughout the site.

    We designed the Links logo and seamlessly integrated it throughout the site, incorporating it into photos and as a stylish element on page breaks

    We equipped the chatbot with a wide range of pre-programmed responses to frequently asked questions specific to each client type. For short-term rental inquiries, the chatbot provides information on booking procedures, property availability, and amenities. For property management clients, it offers assistance with service requests, maintenance updates, and contract details.

    We strategically chose Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Google for their wide reach and popularity among both tourists and property investors. These platforms are critical for increasing visibility and booking potential.

    Technical Implementation

    API Connections: We utilized APIs provided by each platform to integrate their systems into our site. This allows for real-time synchronisation of availability, rates, and bookings, ensuring that data is consistent and up-to-date across all platforms.
    CONCLUSION & IMPACT

    Cost Savings:

    By enabling direct bookings through their own website, My Property Hubb significantly reduces dependency on external platforms such as Airbnb, which traditionally take a commission from each booking. This shift not only saves on costs but also increases profit margins per booking.
